No. As long as your bins have been emptied by the council and are left accessible, we’ll clean them and return them neatly to your property.

If your bin hasn’t been emptied when we arrive, we’ll do our best to return after it has been collected. This is usually later the same day or the following working day depending on our route.

Payments are collected by monthly Direct Debit or secure card payment, making it easy to spread the cost across the year.

Monthly subscriptions are collected on the 1st of each month. This covers all scheduled cleans during that month according to your chosen plan.

Yes. If your needs change you can upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan at any time by contacting our office.

No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time.

Unfortunately we can only clean bins that have been emptied by the council and are available when we visit. We recommend leaving your bins out until they have been cleaned.
