    How often will my bins be cleaned?

    The published Braintree service schedule is every three weeks for general waste bins and food caddies, and every four weeks for recycling and garden waste bins during the relevant collection season. Our office will confirm the schedule for your address.

    How do monthly payments work?

    The monthly payment spreads the cost of your scheduled cleaning service across the year. Please read the information in the request form and service agreement, and ask our office if you would like us to explain the billing arrangements before joining.

    Do I need to be at home?

    No, provided the bins have been emptied and are accessible when we visit. Please leave them out until the cleaning is complete.

    Can I request a one-off clean instead?

    Yes. Please contact our office or use the one-off bin enquiry form. This page and the form below are for Braintree monthly plans.

    What if my council collection is outside Braintree?

    Visit our regular wheelie bin cleaning page and send your postcode. We will confirm the options for your collection area.

    Can I manage my account online?

    Existing customers can use the Customer Portal for account information. Our office can help if you need support.

      Monthly Plan:

      Your plan is a monthly subscription for the scheduled cleaning service and is
      not priced as an individual charge for each clean.


      Council Collection Changes:

      Cleaning is arranged around the council's collection schedule. If the council
      changes or delays a collection, this can affect when we are able to clean your bin.


      Bins Must Be Available:

      Please leave the relevant bins accessible after collection so our driver can
      carry out the scheduled clean.

      What Happens Next?


      We will check your address and collection information and confirm the correct
      plan and cleaning schedule.
