    One payment for your first 3 cleans — not a monthly fee.

    That’s £12 for the first deep clean, then £6.50 for each of the next two cleans.

    After that it’s £6.50 a clean, every 4 weeks, on the day your council empties the bin.

    Food caddies and recycling boxes: £6 for the first deep clean, then £3.25 a clean.

    Can I book a one-off clean?

    Yes. One-off cleans start from £15. Send your postcode, contact details and the bins you would like cleaned, and our office will check availability and confirm your price.

    Which service should I choose?

    If your bins are collected by Braintree District Council, use the dedicated monthly plans page. For other collection areas, use the enquiry form so we can confirm the appropriate schedule and options.

    Do I need to be at home?

    You do not need to be at home, provided your empty bins are accessible on the agreed cleaning day.

    What is the new-customer offer?

    Our advertised offer is three washes for £25 per bin, paid once before the first visit — not a monthly fee. That covers a deep clean on the first visit and your next two cleans; after that it’s £6.50 a clean, every 4 weeks. Food caddies and recycling boxes are £6 for the first deep clean, then £3.25 a clean. Prices for regular cleans went up on 1 December 2026 — our first change since March 2025. Braintree District Council collections have separate monthly plans; our office will confirm the applicable option for your address.

    Once your request has been submitted, our office will review it and contact you. You do not need to fill out another enquiry form unless we ask for missing information.
