Important Information About Your Service

Cleaning Schedule

Your cleaning service will be provided at the frequency shown above and will
normally be scheduled around your council's collection day.

Your Bins

Bins due for cleaning must be emptied, accessible and available following the
council collection. If a bin has not been emptied, contains rubbish, has not
been presented or cannot safely be accessed, we may be unable to clean it.

Council Collection Delays

Our service relies on your local authority emptying your bin first. If the council
has not emptied the bin when we attend, we will make reasonable efforts to revisit
where operationally possible, but a revisit cannot always be guaranteed.

Price & Payment

The agreed service price is shown above. Payments must be made in accordance
with the payment arrangements applicable to your account and the EcoClean
Terms & Conditions.

before completing this agreement.

Your Agreement

I confirm that my personal details, service address, council collection details, cleaning service, frequency, price and bin quantities shown above are correct.

I confirm that I have been given the opportunity to read and I agree to the EcoClean Services Ltd Wheelie Bin Cleaning Terms & Conditions, Version 2.0, effective 20 June 2026.

I understand the cleaning service and frequency shown above and confirm that these are the service arrangements I am agreeing to.

I understand and agree to the price shown above for my cleaning service.

I understand that the relevant bins must be emptied and left accessible after the council collection so EcoClean Services Ltd can carry out the scheduled clean.

I understand that payments must be made in accordance with my agreed service arrangements and the EcoClean Terms & Conditions, and that service may be suspended if my account becomes overdue.

Starting Your Service

If your first scheduled cleaning visit falls within 14 days of entering into
this agreement, you may request that EcoClean begins providing the service
during that period.

I expressly request EcoClean Services Ltd to begin providing my cleaning service during the 14-day cancellation period if my first scheduled visit falls within that period.

By submitting this form you are confirming your cleaning service and
entering into a service agreement with EcoClean Services Ltd, subject
to the Terms & Conditions identified above.

A confirmation of your submitted agreement will be sent to the email address
you have provided.
