Important Information About Your Monthly Plan

Monthly Service Plan

Your Braintree cleaning service is provided as a monthly plan.

Your monthly payment spreads the cost of your scheduled cleaning service across
the year. It is not a separate charge for each individual clean.

Because cleaning visits follow Braintree District Council's collection cycles,
the number and type of cleaning visits may vary between individual calendar months.

The relevant bins must be emptied by the council and left accessible for EcoClean
after collection so that the scheduled cleaning service can be carried out.

before completing this agreement.

Your Agreement

I confirm that the customer, address, collection and service details shown above are correct.

I confirm that I have been given the opportunity to read and I agree to the EcoClean Services Ltd Wheelie Bin Cleaning Terms & Conditions, Version 2.0, effective 20 June 2026.

I understand that my Braintree service is a monthly cleaning plan and that the monthly payment is not a separate charge for each individual clean.

I understand that cleaning is scheduled around Braintree District Council's collection cycle and that the number and type of cleaning visits may vary between calendar months.

I understand that the relevant bins must be emptied and left accessible after the council collection for EcoClean Services Ltd to carry out the scheduled clean.

I understand that the price shown for my selected plan is payable as a monthly service plan rather than as payment for an individual cleaning visit.

Starting Your Service

If your first scheduled cleaning visit falls within 14 days of entering into
this agreement, you may request that EcoClean begins providing the service
during that period.

I expressly request EcoClean Services Ltd to begin providing my cleaning service during the 14-day cancellation period if my first scheduled visit falls within that period.

By submitting this form you are confirming your service and entering into
a service agreement with EcoClean Services Ltd, subject to the Terms &
Conditions identified above.

A confirmation of your submitted agreement will be sent to the email address
you have provided.
